Make art, see art, have fun! Your kids will love this, and so will you! MarinMOCA’s Free Family Days, the first Sunday of the month, starting Oct 6, from 11am -3pm. A free program which provides art-making opportunities to parents with their children. A fun and educational alternative to “screen time,” the program is taught by professional art instructors in a variety of media – from painting to mixed media to clay. Art supplies are included.
Admission is free when you bring a child 2 - 12 years old.
Families who visit on the first Sunday of the month will be met by Family Greeters who will provide an “Art Investigator” Guide which ensures a fun and engaging tour through the galleries. The Greeters will direct families to the art workshop space and help them get started. Art projects can be customized for children 2+ so that each participant can take home a completed artwork. Families can also visit artists working in more than 55 studios on the MarinMOCA campus.
