South OC Hybrid Homeschool began as a co-op. They launched their first hybrid homeschool program for the 2019/2020 school year. Their teachers are all credentialed, and their classes are mixed grade combos of K, 1/2, 3/4, and 5/6 and 7/8. They are a Core class-focused program with math, reading, writing, and social studies. Their day also includes an elective (for example PE, a Brain Builders class, and art).
They are a secular and small learning-based group that focuses on subject mastery for each student. This is a perfect program for homeschoolers looking for a little bit of a structured day with teachers doing the core teaching, while also enjoying the flexibility of homeschooling.
