At our facility in San Diego, we produce, manufacture and distribute our beverages. Our juicing process starts with receiving local, certified USDA approved organic fruits and vegetables, then pressed to extract juice, filtered through a UV ray light system and bottled in our 15,000 square foot facility. Our light filtration system is what sets Sol-ti apart from other companies. While other brands use pasteurization, this process allows us to eliminate spoilers from our beverages without impacting nutrients. We are the only brand that uses this system. Also, you will only see Sol-ti in glass bottles to maintain purity and taste.
The field trip will start with a tasting of our juices that are available in our tasting room. After the tasting, we move to the warehouse. We discuss what “organic” means, and the benefits of consuming organics. We give them a tour our production room ( kept at 32 degrees!), where each fruit/vegetable is wasted, cut, pressed, and put into storage tanks to prepare for the light filtration system. Next, we show where the juices are filtered, and why this is the best process for human consumption. Our bottling line itself is amazing to see. This machine washes itself, is completely sterile once this process has been completed, washes each bottle, inserts juice, and spins a lid on each bottle.
We will then gather back in the tasting room and finish with an open discussion and answer all questions.
