*CLOSED* Helping H.A.N.D. at CAAST

Homeschool Helping H.A.N.D. (H.A.N.D. stands for Homeschool Advice & Networking Destination) events were started by Homeschool Concierge as a collaborative effort with other local homeschool resources to help build bridges in our community.

These events invite local homeschool vendors to present their classes, products, and services.

We try to have CHN and/or HSC representatives on hand to offer support and answer questions for homeschool families. We also invite any other local programs that support homeschoolers in the area, including private school satellite programs and charter schools to join us.

We welcome homeschoolers from all paths independent filing families, families that use charter schools, and private school satellite programs. From families that are just thinking about starting homeschooling to families that have been homeschooling for years, everyone is welcome at Homeschool Concierge events.

Our first Homeschool Concierge Helping H.A.N.D. event was back on Monday, February 12, 2018, in Joshua Tree, where we pulled vendors, charters, support groups, and homeschoolers together to show our support to the homeschool families in the MUSD who had just been told that their current charter was not going to be able to keep them enrolled for fall. We helped them make connections to new programs to help serve their homeschooling needs. It was such a great experience to be able to help them come up with a plan to move forward by finding new teachers and new charters.

We are excited that we now have the opportunity to bring two of our Helping H.A.N.D. events to homeschool families in Orange County. CAAST is opening their hearts and doors to us by hosting our events at their locations in Irvine and Orange.

These events are free for homeschool families and we hope that you will join us!!

If you are a vendor, PSP, charter, association, or someone who serves our homeschool families please sign-up to join in the support, we look forward to meeting you and building bridges together!!
