CCSE is offering a six week program for students of all ages where they'll get the unique chance to raise rainbow trout from eggs to young fish. We're offering four lessons at our Watershed Education and STEAM Center in Arroyo Grande, CA where students will learn about Rainbow and Steelhead trout, macroinvertebrates and water quality, watersheds and people, and environmental inventions. We'll also go on a field trip at the end of the program to release our trout into Lopez Lake! This program only happens twice a year, in the spring and fall, so please sign up soon!
The first lesson will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 229 Stanley Ave in Arroyo Grande, from 10am - 11:30am. The cost is $75 per student for the complete program (4 lessons and 1 field trip) We'd love to have as many students as possible participate, so please sign up and spread the word!
