Last Tuesday we had our first Helping H.A.N.D. Event at CAAST in Orange County, and it was so great to see so many of you in attendance!
I had a great time hosting you all and I truly enjoyed seeing everyone out there getting to know one another.
Homeschool Concierge was founded by my passion to build bridges in our community and by my love of supporting all homeschooling families.
Our Helping H.A.N.D. Events are our way of helping the community come together to network with each other and to help families find the resources they need to be successful in their homeschool journey.
Thank you to all the vendors and schools that came to meet each other, CAAST, and to showcase their programs with our community.

Speaking of exhibitors we want to welcome four new exhibitors that will be joining us in Irvine. Brainbuilders, Elite Academic Academy, IM Ready Sports, and Simply Divine Apprentice.
Brainbuiders, which is an amazing vendor offering a huge selection of STEM classes and programs to our community. Their vision is to build and expand the minds of youth and enable them to think independently to accomplish their goals. They offer something for everyone!!
Elite Academic Academy, a brand new charter school joining us on the scene here in California. They focus on flexible, individualized homeschool, virtual and blended academies for students choosing not to attend traditional brick and mortar schools. Our primary goal is to provide individualized instruction for all students in an effort to accelerate performance.
IM Ready Sports a new vendor here on our homeschool community scene. It was founded by Kitrick Taylor, a former professional football player and he is offering sports classes for students of all levels. He will be on hand with us at our next Helping H.A.N.D. Event to share his classes with parents and kids!! Come on out to play with IM Ready Sports!
Simply Divine Apprentice is an alternative to the traditional cosmetology /barbering program! It provides an exciting and unique learning experience that directly connects the student to the beauty industry by providing exceptional classroom education as well as earning an income in a professional salon setting. Not only does our apprenticeship program provide the hands-on approach needed for the future professional success but it also is much more affordable than today's traditional beauty school and offers additional help for homeschool students who are part of the charter schools they are approved with.

Since I know summertime is charter shopping season for many homeschoolers I wanted to remind any of you who are looking for a charter for fall that I have compiled a list of questions to ask the schools you are considering. I hope you find it helpful!!
